Job Description
Key responsibilities
Carry out comprehensive consultations for patients diagnosed with sleep apnoea
Offer CPAP therapy education, mask fitting and patient support
Accountable for achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)".
Maintain accurate patient records
Interpret clinical reports
Stock control and in store displays of apnoea stock
Promoting Sleep apnoea services to all customers
Technical competence using Microsoft office suite and other programs
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Minimum of two years’ experience in a patient-centered CPAP therapy role
Demonstrated expertise in CPAP device setup, mask fitting, and troubleshooting
Strong computer skills, with confidence using clinical systems and software
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a busy environment by serving multiple customers at once and multi-tasking
A positive, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
Passion for customer service, health and well-being
Community minded
Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (advantageous but not required)
Able to commit to the below roster:
Monday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Wednesday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Friday - 10.00am - 6.00pm
