Job Description

National Pharmacies is a member-based organisation with 45 pharmacies across Australia. Our organisation is committed to excellence through our values - Care, Communicate, Collaborate and Celebrate.

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Retail Service Manager to join our Findon Pharmacy team on a full-time basis. 

Retail Service Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they: 

  • Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs. 
  • Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
  • Provide your team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
  • Manage rosters and timekeeping for all OTC team members.
  • Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

People who excel as National Pharmacies Retail Service Managers consistently demonstrate: 

  • Relevant retail and people management experience - preferably in Pharmacy.
  • Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
  • Adaptability and flexibility 

Must be able to commit to the following roster:

Week 1:

Monday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Thursday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Total: 38.00

 

Week 2:

Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Thursday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Saturday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Total: 38.00
