Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Retail Service Manager to join our Findon Pharmacy team on a full-time basis.
Retail Service Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
Provide your team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
Manage rosters and timekeeping for all OTC team members.
Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
Desired Skills and Experience
People who excel as National Pharmacies Retail Service Managers consistently demonstrate:
Relevant retail and people management experience - preferably in Pharmacy.
Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
Adaptability and flexibility

Monday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Total: 38.00
Week 2:
Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
