National Pharmacies is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Naturopath to join our team and support our mission to deliver outstanding service and care to our members and customers.
In this role, you will provide high-quality naturopathic consultations and retail health advice to customers and members, while supporting the retail operations of the pharmacy and contributing to sales, membership and customer engagement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and naturopathic advice through consultations and retail conversations.
Drive member and customer engagement, contributing to monthly membership sign-up targets and converting consultations into ongoing paid appointments.
Promote the value of National Pharmacies membership and services in customer interactions.
Maintain and build relationships with existing customers while generating new customer conversations within the pharmacy.
Deliver naturopathic services in line with industry standards, best practice and organisational guidelines.
Provide proactive customer service, solutions and alternatives to customer enquiries.
Support pharmacy services within the store to maximise sales and customer care outcomes.
Ensure operating standards are followed during retail sales and stock management activities.
Complete date checking and stock rotation processes to minimise wastage within practitioner-only product ranges.
Accurately process stock receipting and stock transfers in line with company procedures.
Set up promotional activity in line with marketing campaigns and merchandising templates.
Maintain professional presentation standards within the consulting room and retail environment.
Support your line manager in achieving store and corporate objectives.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Qualified Naturopath with a genuine passion for health, wellness and customer care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
Previous experience in retail, pharmacy or health consulting environments (preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also working independently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and health outcomes.
Community minded with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Must be able to commit to the following roster:
Monday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
