National Pharmacies has been putting people first since 1911, and now we're looking for an experienced Counter Manager to take the lead at our Clarins counter in Cumberland Park on a fixed term contract until 30/1/2027 that allows you to perform beauty treatments and create a buzz on a beautiful luxury brand.
It's a smaller turnover counter with significant growth potential, which means the right person gets to build loyal customers, lift sales and make the counter their own. Think prestige skincare, a brand you can be proud of, and a senior beauty role with real ownership
What You Bring
Qualified to Glow: A Certificate III in Beauty Services is essential. A Certificate IV is preferred, as it lets you provide facial treatments in our beauty room.
Beauty Know-How: Hands-on experience with skincare, cosmetics or fragrance, and a genuine passion for helping customers look and feel their best.
Sales Flair: You build rapport naturally, upsell with authenticity and turn browsers into loyal, repeat customers.
Brand Savvy: You're confident working across multiple beauty brands and keep on top of new launches, trends and product knowledge.
Customer-First Attitude: Your warm, approachable manner makes every customer feel welcomed, understood and well looked after.
Team Spirit: You thrive in a busy retail environment, pitch in wherever needed and help your colleagues hit counter targets together.
Presentation Pride: You have an eye for detail when it comes to counter displays, stock rotation and that polished, put-together look.
Reliability: You have flexible availability across retail hours, including weekends, and a dependable, can-do approach.
