We believe our people are our biggest asset, and we want an experienced casual Pharmacy Assistant to bring energy, care and standout service to our Gawler Place store. 

Job Description

YOUR MISSION IS TO: 

  • Be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit better 

  • Help grow our member community and hit engagement targets 

  • Keep the floor looking brilliant: stocked, tidy and ready to impress 

  • Spot opportunities to boost sales through great advice and merchandising 

  • Follow S2/S3 medicine protocols and refer to the pharmacist when needed 

  • Bring promotions and campaigns to life with eye-catching displays 

  • Handle POS transactions with accuracy and confidence 

  • Pitch in with a team that has your back, even when it gets busy 

  •  Be available for your casual shifts in our store opening hours between Monday to Friday 8-5.30pm and Saturday 9-5pm

 

Desired Skills and Experience

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • Experience: Substantial face-to-face retail experience. You're confident, polished and at home on the shop floor, in pharmacy, health and beauty or another customer-focused environment 

  • Customer magic: A proven knack for building rapport fast and giving advice people trust 

  • Flexibility: Availability for casual shifts, including weekends and afternoons 

  • Communication: Clear, warm and capable, on the floor and on the phone 

  • Heart: A genuine passion for health and wellbeing, and a positive, team-first attitude 

  • Bonus: Pharmacy experience or a Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy
